It is owned by parent company Jet2 plc., and operates scheduled and charter flights from the United Kingdom to Europe destinations. As of 2022, it is the third-largest scheduled airline registered in the UK, behind easyJet and British Airways. Since 2023, Jet2 has also been the largest tour operator in the UK.
